KITCHEN
The porch entrance of Villa Jasville opens into the spacious, bright and well appointed kitchen, which has everything that you could need, should you choose, to cook during your holiday. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized frost-free fridge freezer, gas hob, fan assisted oven, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, thermos cafetiere, teapot, hand blender, steam iron and ironing board. All crockery, serving bowls, glassware and cutlery is provided, including plastic items for outdoor use. We have also provided a large picnic bag and ice packs for those days on the beach.

LOUNGE AREA
The main lounge area is tastefully furnished with 2 settees, (one of which is a full size sofa bed), giving ample seating for 6. There is a matching coffee table and side table. The room is air conditioned and fully equipped with a full size TV, media player, Playstation 2 with two controllers, MP3/WMA CD/Radio and MP3 speakers for connecting up your ipod or MP3 player. We have also provided an extensive library of movies for the media player, music CD's, PS2 games and a selection of board games for you to enjoy during your stay. The tilt and open windows are fitted with fly screens.

DINING AREA
The very bright lounge has a spacious dining area with extending table, 6 comfortable leather chairs and a display cabinet, containing a comprehensive book library.

DOUBLE BEDROOM, WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM
The large double bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and straighteners with ample storage and built-in wardrobes. It benefits from it's own large en-suite shower room with corner shower, WC, vanity unit and washhand basin. All linen and towels are provided and fly screens are fitted to all windows. The room has remote controlled air conditioning.

There is also access through patio doors out on to the terrace, the perfect place to have a quiet drink and enjoy the magnificent views as the sun goes down.

The en-suite bathroom has a large corner shower, WC and handbasin. uPVC window with a fitted fly screen.

TWIN BEDROOM, WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM
A large room which has 2 single beds with quality mattresses, bedside cabinet with lamp, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and straighteners. The room has a fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and coat hangers provided together with large drawers. The room has it's own private en-suite shower room. Fly screens are fitted to all windows. The room has remote controlled air conditioning.

The en-suite bathroom has a large corner shower, WC and handbasin. uPVC window with a fitted fly screen.

MAIN BATHROOM
There is a third family bathroom so that any guests sleeping on the full size sofa bed have their own private en-suite facilities. The bathroom is fully tiled with white sanitary ware, including a corner shower unit. The spacious bathroom has a shaver point and excellent storage in the large mirrored vanity unit.

WRAP ROUND COVERED TERRACE AREA
The large covered terrace is accessible from either the patio doors in the lounge or double bedroom, or from the garden and has a dining area with table and chairs for 6 to enjoy outdoor meals or barbeques and also a separate sitting area with padded wooden chairs and a small table to relax and enjoy the tranquil evenings and the beautiful views over the stunning pools, garden and onto the mountains beyond. The terrace, which is child friendly, has wrought iron railings and a lockable gate, and provides access to the patio area, garden and two private, (not shared), swimming pools

PRIVATE POOL AND SUNBATHING AREA
Stairs from the wrap round covered terrace lead down onto the patio and pool area. The floodlit main pool is 12.5 metres in length which is ideal for swimming with the shallow end starting at 1.3 metres in depth and running down to 1.7 metres at the deep end of the pool. There is also a 9 square metre childrens / splash pool, ideal for small children to play safely or for a quiet area to relax and read your book in the cool, shallow water. You will find a fresh water outdoor pool shower close to the pools. There are six cushioned sun loungers with ample tables and parasols for shade which is ideal for you to enjoy long lazy days in the sun.

GARDENS
The gardens are grassed and filled with an abundance of flowering shrubs and fruit trees for you to enjoy. There is also a traditional swinging hammock at the far end of the garden where you can enjoy some quiet time looking out to the spectacular mountains in the distance. You will also find a permanent stone built BBQ in the garden.

When evening falls you can switch on the night lights in the garden, pools and terrace and enjoy the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of Dalyan as the sun goes down.

Dalyan is set in the centre of a broad delta on the southwestern Mediterranean whose natural beauty is completely unspoilt and is, many say, one the last surviving corners of paradise. The village is named after the river which links Lake Koycegiz to the Mediterranean. The channels of the river wind through the reedbeds of the estuary amidst spectacular mountain scenery.
